中新国际联合研究院功能性淀粉材料平台负责人,广东省海外引进创新团队及“杨帆计划”成员。广东省高等学校“千百十工程”培养对象,曾在澳大利亚Monash大学、美国Rutgers大学学习和访问交流,主要从事天然高分子的改性加工及功能性食品开发等方面的研究,以通讯作者和第一作者在国际顶级学术期刊“Progress in Polymer Science”、“Small”等发表SCI收录学术论文100多篇,参与三部英文科技专著的撰写
