个人简介

1966年12月生。1993年获华中农业大学理学硕士学位,1997年获华南理工大学工学博士学位。曾在新疆农科院微生物所、华南农业大学食品系、中国海洋大学海洋生命学院工作。香港科技大学、美国俄亥俄州立大学访问学者,德国汉堡工业大学、德国弗莱德里希-席勒耶拿大学高级访问学者。现任华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师。

研究领域为工业生物技术,针对富含生物活性物质和高效环境修复的微藻优良种质,建立“太空育种”、“组学”(Omics)技术平台,在转录组、代谢组、细胞组、藻际微生物组水平上,重点探索营养与环境因子对微藻与藻际微生物的作用机制、微藻光合作用和(光)发酵过程中碳氮磷高效生物转化及代谢调控机制的基础科学问题;在应用技术上,着重开发微藻光合自养培养系统、微藻高密度(光)发酵技术及其在生物转化积累蛋白、油脂、生物活性物质(类胡萝卜素、多糖、藻胆蛋白)方面的调控技术,为微藻基功能性蛋白-油脂-多糖创新产品开发、环境修复与工农业副产物的资源化利用、微藻饵料和饲料以及微藻能源的开发解决产业化关键技术。

承担国家级(973、863、国家自然科学基金)、省部级(国家海洋局、广东省、广西自治区)和市级(广州市)等30余项科研项目,发表论文150多篇(其中SCI/EI收录论文80多篇)、授权专利14件。现任国际应用藻类学会理事(2021-2024)、中国藻业协会理事、中国海洋与湖沼学会藻类分会理事。教育部全国万名优秀创新创业导师人才库首批入库导师;华南理工大学创业导师;国家人社部认证的创业咨询师。Chemical Engineering Journal、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Energy Conversion and Management、Bioresource Technology、Critical Reviews in Biotechnology等30个国际期刊审稿人、澳大利亚阿德莱德大学博士论文评审人。
