三、研究方向

天然产物与食品营养. 主要从事药食同源品种资源天然产物化学与生物活性的细胞与动物活性与作用机理研究。围绕中药中的药食同源品种资源及其天然活性产物方面进行了多年研究,分离到近100种单体化合物,其中4种新化合物。证明包括新化合物在内的十多种化合物具有不同程度的安神助眠、减肥、护肝、增强免疫、抗衰老、降糖、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等多种功效,可作为功能食品的新型功能因子。

藻类与微生物代谢工程. 主要从事藻类类胡萝卜素次生代谢途径的分子克隆、代谢途径的分子构建、代谢调控的分子机理研究。在国际上率先开展了杜氏藻类胡萝卜素次生代谢途径的分子克隆与代谢调控研究,在次级代谢关键酶基因的克隆与表达,关键酶基因启动子的克隆与功能验证,启动子盐和光代谢调控元件,杜氏藻类胡萝卜素代谢途径的外源表达与基因工程菌的培育,盐胁迫与GPDH表达的相关性,盐度与GPDH同工酶的分子类型与作用等等方面取得了一系列具有原创意义的研究成果。
