个人简介

   扶雄,男,教授,博士生导师。1988-1995年在四川大学攻读学士和硕士学位,硕士毕业后分配至华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院任教至今,1997-2006年在华南理工大学攻读博士学位及开展博士后研究工作。国家热带特色健康食品国际科技合作基地主任,广东省低升糖健康食品工程技术研究中心主任,中美功能糖合作研发中心主任,兼任广东省食品学会荣誉副理事长、广州市食品行业协会专家指导委员会副主席。

  主要从事植物活性多糖、多酚活性评价及调糖降脂健康食品研发等工作,在国际学术刊物发表SCI收录论文100多篇,ESI农业科学(含食品与营养科学)国际高被引科学家和世界前1‰科学家;申请国家发明专利60多件,其中授权发明专利46件。
