个人简介

近年来主要从事微藻胁迫响应研究及其生物技术应用与发酵食品微生物研究,如保守蛋白酶基因家族及小分子RNA的作用与机制,广陈皮陈化机理与应用研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,省部级项目多项。获得2019年广东省教学成果一等奖1项。
