High-precision femtosecond laser manufacturing system: The Monaco 1035 femtosecond laser manufactured by Coherent can simultaneously achieve high output power (maximum 60 W), high pulse energy (maximum 40 µJ@750 kHz), and large scope of tunable repetition rate (single pulse to 50 MHz). And the laser has extremely high stability, where the pointing stability is less than 25 µrad/ºC, and the output power fluctuation is less than 2% RMS. It can process a wide range of materials for various fabrication requirements.
