The aerosol jetting system is capable of realizing microfabrication and microencapsulation of multiple functional materials without stenciling. It comes with 5-axis of coordinated print motion to implement conformal deposition of various functional material inks/pastes onto planar and complex 3D substrates, with a minimum line width of 10 μm. The system is suitable for research on functional material microstructures with applications in fields like flexible electronics, smart wearables, smart sensors, brain-computer interface, Internet of Things, etc.
