In the past five years, the research strength of SBA has been significantly enhanced. Over 500 research projects have been approved, with total funding exceeding 100 million RMB yuan. SBA has achieved major breakthroughs in high-level research projects, securing 64 national-level projects, including 47 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, 16 projects funded by the National Social Science Fund, and 1 major project funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology. In addition, SBA has obtained nearly 200 provincial and ministerial projects. Faculty members have published more than 1,000 papers in various journals, including top international journals such as MS, OR, MSOM, MISQ, POM, ISR, JOM, SMJ and TS. Several monographs have also been published. Numerous research achievements have received provincial and ministerial awards, including 6 from the Ministry of Education, 17 Excellent Achievement Awards of Philosophy and Social Science in Guangdong Province (8 of which were first prizes), and 1 Progress Award of Science and Technology in Guangdong Province.
