Dr. Fuxin Zhang is an Associate Professor and a Master's/Ph.D. supervisor. He received his Ph.D. from Griffith University (Australia) in 2021 and subsequently joined the research team led by Academician Hongwu Tang at Hohai University as a postdoctoral researcher. His research focuses on numerical simulation, hydrodynamic processes in river-lake systems, pollutant transport mechanisms in aquatic environments, and hydrodynamic reconstruction of plain river networks. He has presided over one National Natural Science Foundation (NSFC) Youth Project, one sub-project under the National Key R&D Program, and one Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation Youth Project. He has also participated in two national key R&D projects and published over ten SCI-indexed papers. In 2022, he was awarded the Jiangsu Province “Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellow Program.”
Numerical simulation of hydrodynamic and eco-environmental processes
Pollutant transport in water systems
Digital twin modeling for watershed systems
