Research Achievement

Dr. Guo’s research focuses on leveraging the value of data, including site investigation and structural monitoring data, combined with physical insights derived from numerical simulations and model experiments, to advance the design, evaluation, and monitoring of geotechnical structures, including offshore wind turbine foundations (e.g., monopiles and suction caissons), dams, slopes, tunnels, and excavations. Dr. Guo has published over 30 papers in internationally recognized journals and is currently leading two national-level research projects.
