Qing Chunmei, Ph.D. in Electronic Imaging and Media Communication from the University of Bradford, UK, Postdoctoral fellow from the University of Lincoln, UK, Visiting scholar at Microsoft Research Cambridge, UK and the University of Strathclyde, UK. Member of the Affective Computing Special Committee of the Chinese Society of Graphics and Image, and Secretary of the IEEE CASS Guangzhou chapter. The research direction is Brain-like visual enhancement and perception, multimodal affective computing, intelligent human-computer interaction, etc. A total of 8 projects have been undertaken, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China's general Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China's Youth Program, the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Major Project, and the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation. Multiple projects have also been participated in, such as the UK EPSRC, the EU Frame6, and the Key Research and Development Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. More than 50 papers have been published in related fields and over 20 invention patents have been applied for.
