Personal Profile

Have been engaged in teaching and research in the fields of mobile communication and broadband wireless networks for a long time. I have taught multiple professional courses, including Broadband Wireless Communication Networks, Principles of Digital Communication, information theory, mobile communication, Principles and design of Digital Integrated circuits, and Principles and Applications of microcomputers. In recent years, I have presided over or participated in more than 30 national and provincial-level scientific research projects and horizontal topics, with a total research budget exceeding 10 million yuan. I have also established in-depth industry-university-research cooperation relationships with many large domestic enterprises such as Huawei Technologies Co., LTD., Jiesai Technology Co., LTD., and Jingxin Communication Technology Co., LTD. The value created by the transformation of related research achievements has exceeded 500 million yuan.

More than 100 papers have been published in high-level academic journals and conferences both at home and abroad. Among them, over 20 academic papers have been published in IEEE top journals as the first or corresponding author, including 2 highly cited papers. I have obtained over twenty invention patents, two software Copyrights, one national-level appraisal, two provincial and ministerial-level appraisals, co-authored one textbook, and have won the school's teaching excellence Award. I also received the ''Outstanding Paper Award'' at the 2010 National Academic Conference on Communication Theory and Signal Processing, as well as the 2019 IEEE Computer and Communication Conference and many other domestic and international academic conferences. Has served as the chairperson of authoritative international academic conferences and the chairperson of the TPC committee for many times, and is currently a member of IEEE Transactions on Communications. A paper reviewer for authoritative international/domestic journals in this field such as IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Communications Letters, Journal of Electronics & Information Technology, etc.

I once held a long-term position at the Guangzhou Science and Technology and Information Bureau, where I completed the compilation of the Guangzhou Science and Technology Plan Application Guidelines and the 12th Five-Year Plan for the development of the Electronic information industry.'
