In 2012, as the main technical leader, I won the first prize of Guangdong Province Science and Technology Award (Core Technologies of Handwriting-Machine Interaction and Cloud Computing). In 2016, I was a visiting scholar at Griffith University in Australia. In 2017, I was a visiting scholar at Technische Universität Dresden in Germany. In 2020, I was a visiting scholar at SIU University in the United States.

Guo Lihua, an associate professor at South China University of Technology, was born in Yongxin County, Jiangxi Province in February 1978. He graduated from the Information Engineering Department of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 1999 and 2002, obtaining a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in multimedia communication. In July 2005, he graduated from the School of Electronic Information of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, earning a Doctor of Engineering degree in Communication and Information Systems. Currently, he/she holds the position of associate professor at South China University of Technology, serves as the secretary-general of the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Research Center for Intelligent Information Processing of Audio, Video, Graphics and Text in Colleges and Universities, and is the deputy secretary-general of the Guangdong Image and Graphics Society.

Visiting scholar at Griffith University in Australia in 2016, visiting scholar at Technische Universitat Dresden in Germany in 2017, and visiting scholar at SIU University in the United States in 2020. In recent years, I have successively presided over projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, and the Doctoral Program Foundation of the Ministry of Education. I have also participated in numerous research projects funded by the International Cooperation Fund of the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province and others."
