Professor Wang graduated with his Bachelor's degree from Southwest University in 2009 and obtained his Ph.D. from East China University of Science and Technology in 2015. From 2015 to 2020, he conducted postdoctoral research at the RIKEN Institute in Japan, publishing nearly 30 papers in journals such as JACS and filing multiple PCT patents.
Prof. Haobing Wang’s research focus is on the development of novel organometallic catalysts for the synthesis of functional polyolefin materials, recyclable polymers and biodegradable polymers. Chemical recycling of plastics through organometallic catalysis to achieve polymer sustainability.
