From May 28 to 30, the 2021 IEEE International Electrical and energy conference was held in Wuhan, attracting together experts and scholars from all over the world in the field of electrical and energy. The paper  Sizing and Locating Planning of EV Centralized Battery Charging Station considering Battery Logistics System  written by He ChenKe, a PhD student of Professor Zhu Jizhong, was included as an oral report at the meeting. After expert review, 845 articles were selected from 1122 articles, and 20 best papers were selected. The article of He ChenKe won the best paper award of the meeting.

The 2021 IEEE International Electrical and energy conference is jointly organized by IEEE and China Electrotechnical Society. The purpose of the meeting is to improve the manufacturing level of electrical and energy engineering equipment in China, actively track the development trend of global electrical and energy equipment technology, and strengthen the exchange of electrical and energy engineering technicians at home and abroad under the guidance of relevant policies and plans for national energy structure adjustment.
