Zhang Bo

Introduction:

Bo Zhang received his BSc, MSc, and PhD degree from Zhejiang University,Southwest Jiaotong University, andNanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 1982, 1988, and 1994, respectively,all in electrical engineering or power electronics. Currently, he is a professor vice-dean with the Electric Power College of South China University of Technology.

He holds 8 patents, has published more than 200 papers in journals and international conferences and one book. He is vice-chairman of the Small Motor Council of the China Electrotechnical Society, the member of Twelfth Electrical Engineering Specailist Group of National Natural Science Foundation of China ,chairman of Power Supply Society of Guangdong Province, director of the editing committee of teaching textbooks for electrical engineering of Chinese universities, and the member of Standing Committee of People’s Congress of Guangdong Province. His research interests are nonlinear analysis in power electronics and drives.
