The Central Eight-Point Regulation Spirit Knowledge Contest Concludes Successfully

From mid-May tomid-June 2025, to rigorously and practically advance the in-depthimplementation of the educational campaign on the Central Eight-PointRegulation Spirit, the Party Committee of the School of Electronics andInformation closely followed the requirements of the campaign and organized theKnow the Rules to Strengthen Party Spirit, Show Excellence ThroughCompetition knowledge contest on the Central Eight-Point RegulationSpirit.

During thepreliminary round, all 23 student Party branches in the school conducted strictselection through standardized tests administered during May's organizationalactivities, achieving full coverage of student Party members in our school.Ultimately, 20 outstanding Party member representatives were selected toparticipate in the finals.

The finals weresuccessfully held as scheduled on June 7, 2025, in Room 504 of Yifu ScienceBuilding on Wushan Campus. School Party Committee Secretary Li Shibin, DeputySecretary Zhan Yusheng, Deputy Office Director and Organizer He Yanhua, andGraduate Student Counselor Mu Yanding attended to observe and provide guidance.

First, Comrade QiaoXuan, a Party member representative, led all participants in a collective studyof the micro-lecture The Party's Self-Reform. The micro-lecturefocused on six milestone self-reform events in the Party's century-long history,theoretically explaining the essential attribute of Marxist political partiesin courageously reforming themselves, and emphasized the great significance ofpromoting the spirit of self-reform, advancing comprehensive reforms, andensuring the Party's advanced nature and purity. Conducting this micro-lectureaimed to inspire Party members to draw strength from the Party's history ofself-reform, moving forward on the new journey of the new era with firmerideals, convictions and pragmatic work styles.

Next came thefinals of the Know the Rules to Strengthen Party Spirit, Show ExcellenceThrough Competition knowledge contest on the Central Eight-PointRegulation Spirit. The finals consisted of three segments: basic assessment,quick-response competition, and Integrity Skit performance. In thebasic assessment segment, all participating representatives answered withoutany errors, demonstrating the solid learning outcomes of our school's Partymembers regarding the Central Eight-Point Regulation Spirit. The quick-responsesegment was both knowledge-intensive and entertaining, testing insight andrapid analysis and summarization abilities, with participants competingintensely with only slight score differences. The Integrity Skitsegment combined knowledge and fun, testing participants' grasp andunderstanding of the Central Eight-Point Regulation Spirit, with allrepresentatives passing easily.

In the end, Team 2(Truth-Seeking Group) and Team 4 (Discipline-in-Action Group) won second andthird place in total scores respectively, while Team 5 (Field-Effect TransistorGroup) took first place in total scores. Secretary Li Shibin, Deputy SecretaryZhan Yusheng and Teacher He Yanhua presented awards to the winning teams.

Finally, SecretaryLi Shibin provided concluding remarks on the competition. Secretary Li reviewedthe contents of the Four Major Tests and Four MajorRisks, emphasizing the important significance of deeply implementing theeducational campaign on the Central Eight-Point Regulation Spirit. At the sametime, Secretary Li affirmed the competition's format that balanced seriousnessand liveliness, praised the outstanding performance of the participatingrepresentatives, and required all Party members to deepen their understandingof Party discipline and conduct, ensuring that Party members can practice therequirements of Party discipline and conduct in their future work and lives.

This knowledgecontest on the Central Eight-Point Regulation Spirit concluded successfully,with Party members using the competition to promote learning, demonstratingsolid knowledge and good spiritual outlook. In the future, we will continue todeepen Party members' understanding of Party discipline and conduct,transforming learning outcomes into practical actions in work and life,devoting ourselves to the new journey of the new era with firmer convictionsand pragmatic styles, and continuing to write new chapters in the constructionof Party discipline and conduct.
