Introduction:
Professor Li Bin received the B.S. degree the M.S. degree in Microelectronics from South China University of Technology, China, in 1989 and 1992 respectively, and the Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Hong Kong of Technology, in 2001.
In 2001, she was an Associate Professor in SouthChinaUniversity of technology. Since 2006 she has been a Professor in the South China University of Technology. Her current research interests include bioelectronics IC design, modeling of semiconductor device, and reliability of IC.
