Zhiheng Zhong,an Associate Professor and Ph.D. supervisor, earned his Ph.D. from The ChineseUniversity of Hong Kong, School of Business and His email is zhzhong@scut.edu.cn. He once worked at Business Management at HunanUniversity. His research interests in primarily encompass queuing theory,stochastic service systems, and supply chain management. He has published twopapers in the European Journal of Operational Research (EJOR) and one paper inManufacturing & Service Operations Management (M&SOM).
