He oversees multiple research and teachingprojects, several of which are sponsored by entities like the NationalPhilosophy and Social Science Foundation, the Guangdong Philosophy and SocialScience Foundation, the Guangzhou Philosophy and Social Science Foundation, theGuangdong Quality Engineering Project, the Guangdong Teaching Research andReform Project, and the Key Project of Basic Research Business Fee of CentralUniversities.
He is also theprimary instructor for the inaugural group of national top-tier undergraduatecourses and top-tier undergraduate courses in Guangdong Province. His researchinterests encompass Marketing (Network Marketing, Big Data Marketing), DataAsset Management, Internet Finance, and Cross-cultural Consumer Behavior.
Moreover, hehas authored over 50 papers in esteemed international and domestic academicjournals and conferences in the domains of Management, Business, Economics, andEngineering, in publications such as SSCI Q1 Top, SCI Q1 & SSCI Q1, CSSCI,EI, and Core. Professor Liao additionally serves as a peer reviewer forprestigious academic journals like Nankai Management Review, Journal ofManagement and is the author of 3 textbooks and monographs.
He has alsobeen successful in mentoring students for various competitions such as the“Challenge Cup”, “Internet Plus”, and the e-commerce “Triple Creation”competition in Guangdong Province, resulting in over ten awards on national andprovincial levels.
