Employing manufacturing and logistics companies as case studies, the center investigates the system framework, management model, and operational model of traditional supply chains as they undergo digital transformation.

The center’s work encompasses the study of data sharing mechanisms in digital supply chains and addresses data governance issues within these supply chains. Additionally, it examines the coordination mechanisms of supply chains under a digital governance environment. Moreover, it conducts research on development strategies and policies for the digital governance of supply chains.

  3.Operational Mechanisms of Digital Supply Chains

This research domain focuses on data-driven customized services for supply chains and data-driven decisions for the location of distribution centers or points. By analyzing rural logistics as an example, the center investigates supply chain coordination and operational mechanisms for the distribution of industrial products to rural areas and agricultural products to cities in a digital environment.
