The 3+1+1 Undergraduate and Graduate Degrees Joint Programs of SCUT and University of Houston, America is open to students of School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineeering. Students of this program study in SCUT for the first three years and in University of Houston for the fourth year. Those with qualified grades will earn a bachelor's degree of SCUT. Those who continue their studies for another year in University of Houston for graduate programs and get qualified grades will earn a master's degree of University of Houston. Tuition fees in Houston are charged according to their overseas students' standards.
