The 3+1+1 Undergraduate and Graduate Degrees Joint Programs of SCUT and Wayne State University, America is open to students with the major of chemical engineering and process and applied chemistry  at School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineeering. Students of this program study in SCUT for the first three years and in Wayne State University for the fourth year. Those with qualified grades will earn a bachelor's degree of SCUT. Those who continue their studies for another year in Wayne State University for graduate programs and get qualified grades will earn a master's degree of Wayne State University.
