The 2+2 Undergraduate Degrees Joint Programs of SCUT and Rutgers University is open to students with the major of chemical engineering and process, applied chemistry  and energy chemical engineering  at School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineeering. Students of this program study in SCUT for the first two years and in Rutgers University  for the next two years. Those with qualified grades will earn a bachelor's degree of both SCUT and Rutgers University . Time of application: January.

Requirements:
TOEFL>79 and GPA>3 or subject-specific achievements in the top 25%.
