The Guangdong Provincial Laboratory of Green Chemical Technology is a provincial key laboratory established with the authorization of Guangdong Science and Technology Department in September 2004. It then became a cooperative construction key laboratory, with the support of the Bureau of Science and Technology of Guangzhou Municipality, in the same year. This laboratory has since become a very important base for the research and development of novel, green and fine chemical engineering and for the training of both broadly based and specialist technologies in southern China.
