On May 10th to 12th, under the support from our university program of International Prominent Scholars, oversea famous teacher project, Prof. Cecil C Konijnendijk was invited to visit our school and gave us three academic lectures.
Urban forestry and urban greening are the key research contents of Landscape Architecture, especially the direction of urban greening. In the lecture of theories of urban forest and urban greening, Prof. Cecil C Konijnendijk explained the history, current situation, trend of development of urban forest and urban greening in simple terms, let our teachers and students get the academic hot points in that areas comprehensively and accurately.
In the lecture of international science periodical publication—take landscape for example, He introduced in detail how to find relative research literatures, prominent experts, how to write academic papers, contribute and so on, played an important role in writing academic papers for us.
