Live Report

In the afternoon of July 1st, Mr. Jason Ho, the senior researcher of RMIT and founder of UIL presented us a very inspiring lecture with the topic “Map the unmapped”. He introduce the complex layers, dynamic systems and heterogeneous forces that actually construct urban sites in our everyday lives through a wide range of observation and mapping techniques including walking, stalking, recording, unpacking, scaling, model making etc. His lecture was highly appraised by the audience.
This public lecture is part of the “Mapping workshop” which is a 4th year landscape student’s required course.
