On September 25, a delegation of the University of Western Australia visits our School of Architecture. Professor Winthrop, the discipline chair of landscape architecture from the Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Visual Arts of University of Western Australia, Mr. Architect Romesh Goonewardene, Dr. Shan Hefrom the International Liasion office, and the Vice-dean who is taking charge of the graduation education, professor XIAO Yiqiang, the Director of the Faculty of Landscape Architecture, Professor LU Qi had a meeting about the future collaboration.
During the meeting, both sides discussed issues concerning the higher education and workshop as well as the exchange program between the two schools.
It is reported that UWA and SCUT have signed an agreement on students exchange programs in 2013.
