On the afternoon of Oct.31, Associate Professor Heather Woofter, Chair of Graduate Programs in Architecture, Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts , Washington University in St. Louis, paid a visit to our school and gave our students a leture entitled the procedure of how to apply for the Washington University in St. Louis. Professor SUN Yimin, Executive Vice-President of our school, attended the lecture.
During the lecture, Associate Professor Heather Woofter emphasized that students who want to apply for the university have to strengthen their design portfolios, recommendation letter and the content of personal introduction. Then, she described the geographical position, the surrounding environment of the university, introduced the AXIOME studio research, teaching, student training and so on.
After the lecture, students raised questions in terms of the application procedure and gained more details from Associate Professor Heather Woofter.
