LIANG Qijie(1916---?) got his BA from the Department of Building Engineering, Xiangqin University in 1940. He once served as a technician of Guangzhou Works Bureau  and was also a teacher at Guangzhou University and South China University from 1946 to 1949. After 1949, he worked at Guangzhou Municipal Construction Bureau, Bureau of Housing and Guangzhou Institute of Architectural Design successively.
