报告摘要：

As a classical morphogen signaling, Wnt/β-catenin pathway was well-known for decades as one of the central machineries in governing development and homeostasis, as well as a leading cause of human cancers. Despite the explicit understanding of the key components, discovery of novel regulators of Wnt signaling remains promisingly fruitful and meaningful. With the development in life science research, new theories and focuses emerged in the past few years. Thus in the second half of the game on understanding Wnt, we aimed to bring in new players and to change new strategies, which were under-explored, to provide both novel mechanistic insights and therapeutic opportunities against Wnt-dysregulated diseases.

报告人简介：

盛韧，2008年于吉林大学取得化学学士学位，2013年于伊利诺伊大学取得化学博士学位，随后前往哈佛大学医学院/波士顿儿童医院贺熹教授课题组进行博士后研究。自2018年起受聘于东北大学生命科学与健康学院，教授、独立PI。东北大学首位“百人计划”资助获得者、辽宁省组织部高层次人才计划获得者、中国健康管理协会理事、中国细胞生物学会理事。研究主要涵盖细胞信号（包括morphogen signaling、Akt-Foxo signaling等）传导机制和生理功能，肝脏代谢调控和肿瘤靶向治疗等重大方向。主持多项国自然基金委项目（生命学部、医学部）以及省部级项目，以第一或通讯作者（含共同）发表多篇高水平论文，杂志包括Nature Chemical Biology、Molecular Cell（2篇）、Nature Communications（2篇）、Advanced Science、Life Science Alliance、Journal of Biological Chemistry等。
