On July 13th, a seminar for young teachers held in Electric Power Engineering College, members of the college leadership team and young teachers exchanged ideas on how to cultivate graduate students with high quality, in order to fulfill the responsibilities of tutors and improve their teaching and education level. Su Qiubin, Secretary of the Party Committee, Professor Tang Wenhu, Dean of the college, Professor Jing Zhaoxia and Professor Hao Yanpeng, Vice Dean of the college, and 20 young teachers attended the exchange meeting.

At the meeting, young teachers shared their thoughts and confusion in guiding graduate students, teaching and research. Professors Tang Wenhu, Hao Yanpeng, and Jing Zhaoxia introduced their experiences and insights in daily management, academic planning, teacher-student relationships, life care, and incentive mechanisms based on their experiences in guiding graduate students.

This exchange meeting is a positive attempt to improve the guidance level of young teachers for graduate students, improve the quality of graduate cultivating, and build an exchange platform. It is a powerful measure for the college to respond to the needs of young teachers. In the future, the college will regularly carry out diverse forms of teacher exchange activities, and continue to promote the strengthening of the college's teacher ethics and professional conduct as a long-term work.
