On the afternoon of October 15, 2023, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, honorary dean of the School of Electric Power Engineering, Professor Li Licheng entered the undergraduate class, gave the first lesson on Production and Utilization of Electric Energy for more than 500 undergraduates of 2023 freshmen of 2023 grade, major-changed students of 2022 grade in City Concert Hall of University City Campus. Prof. Hao Yanpeng, Prof. Jing Zhaoxia, vice president of Electric Power Engineering School, and several teachers attended the class.
Academician Li Licheng, more than eighty years old, full of vigor, gave a 70-minute lesson of Grid technology change and new power systems, a technical feast with depth, breadth and altitude. Students seized the opportunity to learn from Academician Li and asked questions during the exchange session.
