Biography:

(1) Dr. Yiming Zhang received the bachelor’s and doctoral degrees both in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 2011 as and 2016, respectively. Since 2016, he has been a postdoctoral researcher in the USA and he is now a research fellow in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He has been working on wireless power transfer technology and its applications in mobile phones, electric vehicles, and electric ferries. As a sole author, he published 1 book from Springer. He has also authored 15 SCI-indexed transaction papers and 10 conference papers as the first author. He won the prize paper award for international conference ECCE 2013.

(2) Dr. Binjian Ma graduated with B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2013. He received his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2017. After graduation, he worked as a postdoc research scholar at Washington University in St. Louis for two years. His PhD work focused developing high temperature molten salt nanofluid for enhanced thermal energy storage and heat transfer fluid in concentrated solar power plants. During the postdoc, he worked on two research projects on the development of advanced cooling technology for high powered microelectronics. He has diverse experience in multiphase heat transfer, material and thermal characterization, and microfabrication. Till now, he has published 1 book chapter from Springer and 8 SCI papers. His recent publication in Langmuir has been selected as the Supplementary Cover. He has also given more than 10 presentations in top tier conferences including IEEE Itherm, ASME InterPACK, ASME IMECE.

(3) Dr. Yu SONG received his PhD degree at Huazhong University of Science and Technology HUSTin 2016. During his PhD period, he was selected as an exchange PhD candidate at Denmark Technical University (DTU) for one year from August,2014 to September 2015. After that, he worked as a post-doc at LRGP-CNRS, Nancy in France since January, 2017. At Nancy, he joined the H2020 European Project “Integrated Model Guided Process Optimization of Steam Cracking Furnaces” (NO.723706) and finished it at the end of 2018. He continued his scientific research at University of Orleans, France since February, 2019. His major interests lie in the hydrocarbon kinetic model development and optical diagnostic analysis. Until now, he has published 17 SCI papers, including the high-quality journals such as Proceeding of the Combustion Institute and The International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer.
