It aims to cultivate comprehensive professionals with high competency in logistics engineering and management, who are able to do the research and, at the same time, solve the problem in the field.

(1) Logistics automation technology and its application – automatic warehousing system, automatic sorting system and automatic identification.
(2) Modern logistics information technology and its application – logistics e-commerce, data switching and intelligent traffic system.
(3) Modeling and simulation on complicated logistics systems– modeling and simulation based on Anylogic, Implant, Flexsim、Supply Chain Guru simulation platform, modeling of logistics system and capacity analysis.
(4) Logistics and supply chain management – planning logistics park, evaluation of logistic systems, supply chain risk management, supply chain coordination, service supply chain, etc..
(5) Specialized logistics – cold chain logistics, food logistics, emergency logistics and dangerous goods logistics.
Graduates of the major are expected to work in transportation management department, research centers, colleges, enterprises and logistics industries.
