On May 29, the 1st session of minority cultural festival was unveiled in higher education mega center campus. Students from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region showed the local customs by displaying artistic performance, pictures, food and garments.
The minority cultural festival is an important part of Artistic SEC. School of Economics and Commerce has the greatest number of minority students from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Those students set up Silk Road Cultural Bridge Association, aiming to bring the local customs to students in SCUT and promote the understanding of minority culture. (Edited by Huang Xiaoting)
