 On November 12, 2010, the world-focused Sixteenth Asian Games, loaded with blessings and expectation of Asian people, will witness its opening ceremony, and the magical, inspiring, charming Asian Games flame will illuminate the sky of Guangzhou City, which has thousand years of history and has been compared to a brilliant pearl in south China. Ten of high-level athletes from our university are selected in the List of China Team for Asian Games. They are as follows:
    Track and Field: Liu Hong, Chen Jingwen, Song Aimin, Liu Xiaosheng (alumnus), Dong Jianguo.
    Volleyball: Li Runming, Kou Zhichao
    Swimming: Zhao Jing.
    Table Tennis: Liu Shiwen.
    Shooting: Gan Lin.
    Let us wish them good results in this Asian Games and win honor for the country.
