  报告摘要：

  Let $\mathbb{F}_q$ be the finite field with $q$ elements, and $K$ an algebraic function field over $\mathbb{F}_q$ with $\mathbb{F}_q$ as its field of constants. Let $S$ be a finite nonempty set of prime divisors of $K$, and $\mathcal{O}_S$ the ring of integers of $K$ associated with $S$. In this talk, I will show a Siegel's summation formula over $\mathcal{O}_S$ and apply it to problems including character sum, the least primitive root modulo prime ideal, and the counting of square-free elements.
