报告摘要：We stucy second-order sufficient optimality conditions for a very general nonconvex constrained optimization problem, which covers many prominent mathematical programs. Our conditions prove to be sufficient, for an essential local minimizer of second order, under merely basic smoothness and closedness assumptions on the data defining the problem. In the second part, we propose a comprehensive first- and second-order variational analysis of disjunctive systems and demonstrate how the second-order objects appearing in the optimality conditions can be effectively computed in this case. 

报告人简介：山东理工大学教授，博导，研究方向为最优化理论、算法及其在压缩感知、图像处理中的应用。曾任中国运筹学会数学规划分会青年理事，山东省运筹学会副秘书长，山东省高等学校优秀青年创新团队“系统优化与控制”负责人。主持（完成）国家自然科学基金3项、山东省自然科学基金2项；研究成果获山东省高校优秀科研成果奖二等奖1次；发表SCI论文50余篇，部分结果发表在Mathematical Programming, SIAM Journal on Optimization, Mathematics of Operations Research等优化领域顶级期刊。
