报告摘要：Erdős-Ko-Rado theorem and Hilton-Milner theorem are two fundamental results in combinatorics, which are closely related to graph theory, association schemes, codes, designs and so on. In this talk, I will give a preliminary introduction to the two theorems.

报告人介绍：王恺顺，北京师范大学教授，博士生导师。主要从事代数组合论、极值组合论的研究，主持多项国家自然科学基金，入选2008年度教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划，获得2010年度教育部自然科学奖二等奖（第3完成人）。现任北京师范大学数学科学学院院长、中国数学会常务理事、北京数学会副理事长等职务。
