报告摘要：

     The Kazhdan-Lusztig theory, developed in 1979, serves as a good example of geometry representation theory, and has great influence in categorical representation theory and combinatorics. In these two talks, I will introduce the Hecke algebra and its two categorifications, the geometric one by Kazhdan and Lusztig, and the algebraic one conjectured by Soergel, and done by Elias and Williamson. If time permits, I will talk about the combinatorics side of these theories regarding matroids.

谢锴涛，2022年毕业于华南理工大学数学与应用数学专业，现为香港大学在读博士研究生，研究方向为代数群和表示论。
