报告摘要:In this talk, we introduce a proof of Artés–Llibre–Valls’s conjectures on the uniqueness of limit cycles for the Higgins–Selkov system and the Selkov system. In order to apply the limit cycle theory for Liénard systems, we change the Higgins–Selkov and the Selkov systems into Liénard systems first. Then, we present two theorems on the nonexistence of limit cycles of Liénard systems and one theorem on the uniqueness of limit cycles for a general Liénard system, which allows for discontinuity. At last, the conjectures can be proven by these theorems and some techniques applied for Liénard systems.
报告人简介:陈和柏,博士,中南大学数学与统计学院教授、博导, 从事微分方程与动力系统的教学和研究, 主要兴趣为光滑及非光滑微分方程的定性理论与分岔理论。获四川大学数学学士和硕士学位、西南交通大学力学博士学位，之后应邀赴英国帝国理工学院、诺丁汉大学短访。在《Nonlinearity》、《J. Differential Equations》、《Journal of Nonlinear Science》、《Physica D》、 《Proccedings of the American Mathematical Society》等国际重要期刊以一作或通讯身份发表SCI学术论文40多篇；主持了相关的国家面上和青年基金。2017年评为福州大学旗山学者，2019年评为福建省高层次引进人才。现任中南大学分析数学及其应用省重点实验室副主任。
