报告摘要：

In this talk, we discuss some spectral problems of tensors and hypergraphs. The spectral problems consist of three parts. The first part is the spectral distributions of tensors, the second part is the relation between the connectivity and eigenvalues of hypergraphs, and the third part is the application of spectral hypergraph theory.

报告人简介：

卜长江，教授，博士生导师。1985年毕业于黑龙江大学数学系，毕业后在哈尔滨工程大学数学系任教。从事组合数学与图论的研究，主要研究方向包括图与超图谱理论、组合张量、广义逆理论、复杂网络等。发表论文200余篇，出版专著2部，主持多项国家和省自然科学基金项目。现任中国运筹学会图论组合分会副理事长，中国数学会组合数学与图论学会理事，中国线性代数学会理事，中国工业与应用数学学会图论组合及应用专业委员会委员，黑龙江省数学会常务理事。
