报告摘要：

In this talk, I will present some recent results about the finiteness problem of torsion points on an elliptic curve whose coordinates satisfy some multiplicative dependence relations. We prove that on an elliptic curve defined over a number field  there are only finitely many torsion points whose coordinates are multiplicatively dependent. Moreover, we produce an effective result when the elliptic curve is defined over the rational numbers or has complex multiplication. This is joint work with Fabrizio Barroero. 

报告人简介：

沙敏，华南师范大学青年拔尖人才副教授，1983年10月出生。2007年本科毕业于华南理工大学，2010年硕士毕业于清华大学，2013年博士毕业于法国波尔多大学. 2013年12月至2016年6月于新南威尔士大学做博士后，2016年6月至2019年3月于澳大利亚麦考瑞大学做校聘研究员，2019年4月至2020年7月10日于新南威尔士大学做研究员.主要研究方向包括代数数论，椭圆曲线，有限域理论，算术动力系统，线性递归序列，以及数论中的图论问题. 目前已发表SCI论文40余篇，其中包括：Trans Amer Math Soc, Int Math Res Notices, Math Zeit, J. Number Theory, Acta Arith, Moscow Math J, J Comb Theory B. 等国际知名期刊，于2018年获得澳大利亚研究理事会的Discovery Early Career Researcher Award （ “发现早期职业生涯研究员奖” ，相当于国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金），并主持相应的科研项目。
