报告摘要：

The extracellular matrix (ECM) of a solid tumor not only affords scaffolding to support tumor architecture and integrity, but also plays an essential role in tumor growth, invasion, metastasis, and therapeutics.

A convection diffusion reaction model theory is established to study the chemo-mechanical behaviors of tumor ECM. It is suggested that a well-designed ECM degradation can effectively modify the tumor microenvironment for improved efficiency of cancer therapy. This aimed to deepen our understanding of tumor ECM may be conducive to novel anticancer strategies.

王振友，广东工业大学应用数学学院院长、教授。主要研究方向：计算生物学，智能算法设计与分析等。
