课程介绍：

  In this short course we will introduce the concepts and recent results on G-dynamical systems, where G is a monoid or a free semigroup. We will focus on the G-symbolic dynamical system, which includes the notion of degree, variational methods of degree, characterization of degree, entropy, various types of entropy, specification properties of G-dynamical systems and discuss the decidability of the specification properties. Finally, we will extend our results to free groups and SFT-groups.

授课人简介：

  班荣超教授为台湾理论科学中心 (NCTS) 的动力系统领域总主持人及总规划人。曾获得理论中心颁授『中心科学家』、『中心学术委员』、『年轻理论学者奖』、科技部数学推动中心『审议委员』、数学会颁授『青年数学家奖』、东华大学颁授『东华学术奖』(该校最高荣誉，目前一人获此奖项)，同时也曾担任东华大学特聘教授，以及『留任顶尖人才』奖励人员。班教授是动力系统、遍历理论、微分方程方面的专家，在该领域权威期刊上发表高质量SCI论文40余篇，包括Mem. Amer. Math. Soc., Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.,J. Differential Equations等顶尖杂志。曾在华人数学家大会上做50分钟邀请报告。
