报告摘要：The program of one component regularity for Navier-Stokes was initiated by Chemin-Ping Zhang who proved the case for $4 < p < 6$, which was later on generalized to $p > 4$ by Chemin-Ping Zhang-Zhifei Zhang. This talk is on all $p /geq 2$.
