报告摘要：
 This talk will introduce recent works of dynamical models for biological processes.
1. A study of the process from inflammation to cancer through an agent-based model.
2. Stochastic modeling of epigenetic dynamics that couple enzyme interactions with cell division

rearrangement.
3. Dynamics of stem cell differentiation based on stochastic fluctuation of epigenetic regulation

over cell cycles.
