报告摘要：

    Inthis talk, we introduce quasi-cyclic codes of index 1.5, constructsuch codes interms of polynomials and matrices; and prove that thequasi-cyclic codes of index 1.5 are asymptotically good. Then we showthat this class of codes is relevant to double circulant matrices.
