报告摘要：

Wediscuss the foundation and properties of skew$\Theta$-$\lambda$-constacyclic codes over finite fields and finitecommutative chain rings for any unit $\lambda$ and automorphism$\Theta$ that fixes $\lambda$. As in the situation of classicalconstacyclic codes, the dual of a skew constacyclic code is in turn askew constacyclic code. The algebraic structure, generator andparity-check matrices of skew $\Theta$-$\lambda$-constacyclic codesand their duals are presented. Among other results, we also considerthe self-dual skew constacyclic codes,and skew constacyclic codeswith complementary duals.
